To be eligible for the program customers must meet the specific requirements:
1. Current employee at a Canadian Hospital or Clinic - including, but not limited to Doctors, Nurses, specialists & support staff, such as administrative staff, custodial staff etc.

3. Currently employed HealthCare Professional not listed above, including Personal Support Workers, Paramedic/EMS4. Immediate family of anyone listed above at same address
