Brad has been part of the Vernon Hyundai family for four years, bringing his natural talent for customer service. Before joining the automotive industry, Brad admits that “anything was better than pumping toilets,” but he quickly discovered that his skill with people made the transition a perfect fit.
When asked about his favourite part of working at Vernon Hyundai, Brad doesn’t hesitate: “The people you get to work with.” That sense of teamwork and camaraderie is what keeps him motivated every day.
Outside of the dealership, Brad makes the most of Okanagan summers by running his ice cream truck, The Rusty Cow, or heading out on the boat.
If he could choose any Hyundai for a road trip, Brad would take the 2026 Palisade Luxury Hybrid and drive it across Canada — with a stop in Seattle along the way. And when it comes to food, he’ll always recommend Phoenix Steakhouse as a Vernon must-try.
His advice for first-time Hyundai buyers? “Don’t settle.”
